Customer service, training & QA opening

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our clients to help them operate the system to achieve peak performance.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any & all matters specific to your clients, including escalations.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Set and maintain goals with clients.
  • QA of the system features and regular maintenance.
  • Travel the world an train our system

Requirements:

  • Online media experience and ability to manage strategic client relationships.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and influence decision-makers Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization
  • Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus Strong analytical skills preferred
  • World travel is required almost once a month
  • Perfect English writing and speaking
